We process your data strictly to facilitate the strategy session you requested, to conduct preliminary website analyses for conversion rate optimization advice, and to ensure the technical security of our digital infrastructure.

3. Third-Party Data Sharing

We never sell or rent your personal data. We exclusively utilize certified, GDPR-compliant infrastructure partners operating within the EU: Netlify (for cloud hosting), Cal.com (an EU-hosted calendar tool for scheduling sessions), and Make.com (for data routing, localized to the EU region in Frankfurt, Germany).

4. Artificial Intelligence & Transparency (EU AI Act)

To the extent our interactive tools utilize automated logic, we inform you in accordance with the European AI Act that:

• Data you input is securely isolated and never utilized to train public AI models (such as OpenAI or Google).
• The final evaluation and follow-up of leads always involve human oversight and control.

5. Retention Period

If no formal agreement is established following our strategy session, your data will be permanently purged from all our internal systems and sub-processors within 30 days.

6. Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

In instances where Nudge processes personal data of your website visitors on your behalf (e.g., leads generated from a quiz or calculator), we provide a comprehensive Data Processing Agreement upon request to legally govern this processing in compliance with the GDPR.
